Vendor Market Scholarship Opportunity
At Creative Avenue, we are committed to helping new artists grow and develop. One of the ways we are able to do this is offer scholarships to newer artists who want to get their foot in the door and try out having a booth at markets. This scholarship is open to all ages and is available to use at any market that we host throughout the year.

We believe in artists
We understand that starting out, or even getting re-started, as an artist can be challenging, especially when faced with financial barriers. Booth fees can be expensive and hold many new artists back from sharing their creative talents with the community - so this scholarship offers financial assistance to cover booth fees at our markets to support you in getting your feet wet.

By participating in makers markets, you'll not only gain invaluable experience but also connect with fellow artists and art enthusiasts who appreciate your craft. It will give you an opportunity to learn the ropes of the market world on how to set up, what displays work best for your products, and more.
Eligibility
All artists and creative crafters are eligible for this scholarship.

We are encouraging all types of artists to apply for this scholarship if you feel that it will help you toward your creative goals! Even if you used to be a market regular and are just getting back into the market world again, this scholarship is for you.
The only main requirement is that you are passionate about what you do and are ready to take what you do to the next level!

Why is there an application fee?
A small fee ensures commitment and value.
We find that when things are free - they either aren't appreciated as much, or they get taken advantage of. This small fee is less than that iced double shot vanilla latte from the big brand coffee shop, and it ensures that you have some skin in the game and are serious and ready to invest in your creative business.

We will be asking you to upload some picture examples of what you create. If you prefer to share a social media or website link that has pictures of your products, that will also work!
The PayPal button to complete the $3 application fee is also on the second page. If you'd prefer to contribute more than $3, you are welcome to. All application fees go directly into the scholarship fund.
