Vendor Parking address: 14679 E. Edison, Bow, WA 98232

Market Hours: 10 AM - 4PM

Flyer for the Sept. 25th market can be downloaded here as a PDF to share with your communities

Setup Details

Vendors who have 10x10' tents will set up on the "Green Hill." All spots will be pre-assigned and a map will be emailed out the week of the event.

Sunday, setup can begin as early as 7AM the day of the market.

Load-in: There will be a parking/load-in lot located right next to the market. We ask that you unload as quickly as possible, then move your car to the main parking area which is located offsite (see parking info below). We are asking vendors to leave as many spaces open for shoppers as possible, so parking offsite helps immensely!

WIFI: The property does not have reliable WIFI so please plan accordingly.  There are Wifi Boosters on site so you should be able to connect, and we highly recommend bringing your own hotspot (or using your phone as a hotspot) if you need wifi as a reliable backup plan.  We did find out that AT&T does not have great coverage in this area so if they are your cell carrier, please make a plan for this.

The WIFI name is Philocaly. The Password is Loveofbeauty if you are close enough to connect.

Breakdown Details

The event goes from 10 AM until 4PM. Vendors are not permitted to break down their tents or setup prior to 4PM as it provides a negative experience for shoppers. Please plan on breaking down your booth prior to pulling your car to the lot adjacent to the market area.

Booth needs

All vendors must provide their own setup, including tents and tables. Electrical outlets are available for vendors who are in the Station building or under the awning. If you need an electrical outlet, please let us know in advance.

Parking

FOR VENDORS:

We are requesting that vendors park offsite to provide the maximum amount of parking spots available for customers.

We will provide a shuttle service back and forth from the offsite parking. The address for Vendor Parking is 14679 E. Edison, Bow, WA 98232 - it is about a half mile away from the Market property.

Please plan to unload all of your items and then work with our team to follow the shuttle to the parking property and they will bring you promptly back to finish setting up (unless you want to walk back).

Once the event is complete, the shuttle team will bring everyone back to your car to bring it on site to load up your car.

FOR SHOPPERS:

There is parking located directly off Chucknut Drive as well as in the Born Yard which is on the Northwest side of the lot.

The parking located on the south side of the Born Yard will be where vendors can load/unload before and after the event, but it will be reserved for customer parking during the market.

Payments

All vendors need to have their own payment processing methods.

There is not a cash machine on site, so if you are allowing cash payments, please be sure to bring your own petty cash to make change.

Vendors can choose any method in processing their own payments. Many vendors use Square, Venmo, or Paypal to process electronic payments as well as accepting cash. This is all completely up to you and what works for your business.

Since there is no WIFI, it is recommended that you have a hotspot if you want to process online payments, or bring petty cash to process cash transactions.

The Layout

We are so fortunate to partner with KXA Estates to host these markets! The property spans across a historical corner in Bow, WA.

The Born Yard is a large lot that will have parking available. There is also additional parking along Chuckanut Drive which is east of the Station Building, as well as behind the post office

The Green Hill is the grassy space that will have all of our tent vendors.

The Station building can have up to 5 vendors indoors and 4-5 vendors under the awning for vendors who do not have the capacity to set up a tent.

Handicapped parking is available in front of the Philocaly building. Philocaly is a co-working space for beauticians in the Bow area.  A birds-eye view image will be posted once vendor booths have been assigned.
