We are excited to announce the opening of the Creative Hub & Coffeehouse in Anacortes, WA!
Our vision with this new endeavor is to create an amazing space where artists and creative minds can come together.

We officially got the keys on March 11th and have been hard at work to make the space our own. Please excuse our mess while we are still getting settled in!

The current hours of the Hub are:
Tuesdays 10AM - 2PM
Wednesdays 10AM - 5PM
Thursdays 10AM - 5PM
Fridays 10AM - 5PM
Saturdays 10AM - 5PM
Sundays/Mondays Closed
Our hours might change slightly as we are learning when people love coming in! We hope to expand our hours later in May.
Our official grand opening will be on Saturday, May 4th.

Creative Avenue Markets 2.0
A 'Pike Place Market' style patio open from Spring to Fall, right here in Anacortes
We are fortunate enough to have a beautiful, covered patio as part of our new Creative Hub and we have a vision of turning it into the "pike place market" of Anacortes!

Vendors can rent a booth space for the full weekend and share their craft with our community and all of the visitors we get here in Anacortes.
​
On weekdays, the patio can be used for classes, private parties, yoga sessions, workshops and more!
​

Artist Incubator
Have you ever been curious about having a storefront?
Here's your chance to try it out!

We have a great space that artists and makers can rent by week or month to try out having your very own retail location.
​
The Artist Incubator is located at 915 5th Street in Anacortes is is approximately 360 square feet in size. It's a blank canvas for you to play and explore having a storefront. You are welcome to also share the space with friends!
​
The space is currently leased for April through August, but we have available dates starting in September 2024.
​
Lease Cost: $700/month introductory rate!
All utilities are included. Tenant must have a business license and insurance. Learn more below.
Our Retail Area

We are fortunate to live in an area that is abundant with artists and makers - so obviously, we had to designate our retail for all locally made products!

If you are an artist and would love to sell your products in our retail area, be sure to subscribe to our newsletter!
​
Every month, we will rotate our the artists with new ones, and we review applications to fill the space. Application links will be emailed out in our newsletter once a month, and when links are open, they will appear on our "Become a Vendor" page.
