We are so excited to offer a space as an artist incubator in Anacortes!
Perfect for local artists and makers to use as a studio, or test out their products in a retail environment, located right in the heart of our beautiful, seaside town.

Artists/makers/creators are able to lease the space for one month up to three months total. The space is about 375 square feet in size, includes two built-in counter spaces to use however you wish, with access to a shared restroom. Artists are able to bring in all of their own display and decorate however they wish. The space does need to be cleaned and returned to the original condition when your lease is complete.
Artists will need to reach out to the City of Anacortes to ensure you have the proper business license to operate within city limits, and have liability insurance.
The lease is a flat rate which includes utilities, plus a refundable $200 security deposit.
One month lease: $675
Two month lease: $650/month
Three month lease $625/month
