The Artist Incubator Application

Thank you for your interest in leasing the Artist Incubator, a vibrant creative space located at 915 5th Street in Anacortes. Our mission is to provide artists with a dynamic environment to pursue their craft, showcase their work, and engage with the community. Please carefully read and complete the following application to be considered for leasing the space.

This space can be leased for 30-120 days - it is a great opportunity to test out a retail/storefront environment for any artist/maker/creator.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions if my application is approved:

• I understand that the lease rate is $600 per month, which includes utilities.

• I agree to pay a $200 refundable security deposit at the start of the lease.
