About the event

We are so stoked to be able to partner with Azusa Garden Centre for a fun indoor/outdoor market!

There is room for over 30 vendors (outdoor vendors must provide their own tent, chairs, tables, and setup)

We are limited to only one vendor per category to ensure variety. If more than one vendor registers in a similar category, we will refund the booth fee and make a note on the event of which categories are full (typically candles, jewelry, and ColorStreet/Pampered Chef fill up quickly).

**NOTE: We are currently full for these vendor types: chunky blankets, resin products, cards for birthdays/holidays/special occasions etc, Tumblers, Bath & Body products, and will continue to update here as other categories fill up.

Booth Cost: 

$50 for an indoor 10'x12' corner booth (2 tables are included. Tables are 12'x4' and cannot be moved. There is only 23" of space in between tables. See map for picture example).

$40 for an indoor 10'x12' booth (2 tables are included. Tables are 12'x4' and cannot be moved. There is only 23" of space in between tables. See map for picture example).

$20 for a 10x10' outdoor booth*

*Outdoor booths: It is recommended that you bring a tent with heavy weights. The wind in Skagit Valley is consistent and can have strong gusts. If you have lightweight or breakable products - we encourage you to have a way to secure them outdoors if the wind is strong. We will have the market rain or shine.

The map of the layout will be posted 2 weeks before the market.  

Discounted booths are available for Farmers & Non-profits - please email creativeavenue.nw@gmail.com if you fall in one of those categories and would like to have a booth.

We will place a note here when vendor categories are full.

--> We do our best to ensure we have a variety of vendors types. We are only allowing one vendor for each of the following categories: Color Street, press on nails, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, etc.

Before completing your registration, please be sure to read through all of the Vendor Guidelines, Terms & Conditions, and the Waiver and Release policy which is on page two under Event Policies after you've completed your Vendor Booth Registration.

  • Outdoor Booth Space 10x10'

    Vendors must provide their own tent with weights, table and setup. Booth fees are refundable up until 2 weeks before the event.

  • GreenHouse Indoor Corner Booth

    10x12' in size. Includes 2 tables that are 12'x4' with 23" in between each table. Tables cannot be moved - the Green House layout is pre-set. Vendors can bring their own chair (be sure it is not wider than 23"). See map for example. Note: there is not room to bring any additional tables/displays in these booths, unless they fit on top of the 12x4 tables.

  • Donation to Market Scholarship

    This is a donation to our Artist Booth Scholarship fund. At each market, we gift a booth to a newer artist who applies for the scholarship to waive their booth fee. This Market Scholarship fund makes that possible!

  • Waiting List for Indoor Booth

    This does not guarantee you a spot at the market. If a vendor who has an indoor booth cancels, we will contact you via to offer you the booth space. Indoor booths cost $40 or $50 depending on the booth location.
