About the event
Our Creative Hub & Coffeehouse is located at 501 Commercial Avenue in Anacortes.Â
We just recently opened and would love to fill the space with locally made products. Our Hub has coffee, tea, pre-packaged snacks, and an area to paint-your-own-pottery.Â
We find that certain vendor categories tend to have better sales than others in this type of environment:
- Artisanal Mugs and Cups
- Art Prints and Wall Decor
- Handmade Jewelry
- Gourmet Food Items: Chocolates, cookies, honey, jam, and gourmet snacks etc.
- Handmade Candles
- Handmade Soaps and Bath Products
- Artisanal Pottery and Ceramics
- Local Art and Photography: Original artwork, prints, and photography - especially highlighting Skagit Valley
- Handmade Cards and Stationery: Greeting cards, postcards, journals, notebooks, and stationery setsÂ
- Planters, Succulents, Terrariums
Other vendor types are welcome, but we have found that large items or higher priced products (even when they are amazing quality) tend to have fewer sales. Anacortes has a lot of tourists so they tend to purchase smaller items that can fit in their suitcase. Locals do frequent his shop as well, and we are hopeful that they'll be excited to see locally made products.Â
AND if your items are larger or higher priced, you are still welcome to try it out!
Vendor Prices:
Shelves start at $5, and you are welcome to reserve up to 4 shelves
22% commission will be deducted from all sales totals at the end of the month.
All products must be marked with a price and your business name or logo.
