About the event

Get ready for our biggest outdoor market of the year and the last one of the season! 

The Oyster Run is in its 39th year and we are excited to have a biker friendly stop for riders along the route!

Our outdoor markets are located at the Station Building at 14969 in Bow.

Our intention with all of our markets is to showcase the magic and abundance of our Skagit Valley resources and small businesses! AND we are happy to have Washington-local vendors join us from any city.

Setup Time

Sunday setup: 7AM - 9:30AM

Booths:

*10'W x 10'L outdoor booth space for food, craft, or commercial vendors: $100

-- Vendors must bring their own tent. All tent booths will be outdoors on a level grass field.

*6'W x 6'L outdoor booth space for food, craft, or commercial vendors: $75

-- Vendors must bring their own tent. All tent booths will be outdoors on a level grass field.

*Farmer Booths: 10x10: $20 or 6x6: $10 plus 10% commission on sales

-- Vendors must bring their own tent. These booths are reserved for farmers only.

*10'W x 20'L Trailer Vendor Space: $125

-- Vendors who use trailers or have a need for a larger space for their setup. 

*10'W x 20'L Food Truck Space: $125

-- Must have current health permit

*Indoor Spots $75 - $100

Before completing your registration, please be sure to read through all of the Vendor Guidelines, Terms & Conditions, and the Waiver and Release policy which is on page two under Event Policies after you've completed your Vendor Booth Registration.

    Vendor must provide own tent. 10x10 Booths are located outdoors in the Born Yard (on the large field). Booth spaces will be pre-assigned.
