What to know for the Markets at our Hub!
The back patio is covered and located outdoors
Located on the patio behind our Creative Hub & Coffeehouse. The patio can be found on 5th Street between Commercial and Q Avenue in Anacortes. Closest address: 915 5th Street, Anacortes, WA 98221
Vendor Parking:
During market hours - please move your car to H Avenue, or further down the street on 5th so we can leave as much parking open for shoppers.
Setup Time: 9AM - 11AM
Market Hours: 11AM-4PM
Breakdown Time: 4PM-5PM

Setup Details
All booth spaces are assigned
If you need a reminder on which spot you reserved, a map will be posted at the bottom of this page the week of the market (the most updated map will be posted the Thursday before the event if there are any changes).
Load-in:
The entrance is right behind the Creative Hub on 5th Street (between Commercial & H Avenue). There should be ample parking for all vendors along 5th to unload.
For Load-In:
Setup begins the day of the Market at 9AM which gives vendors two hours for setup.
If you need longer than an hour to setup, please contact Frannie at CreativeHub.Anacortes@gmail.com.
Once you have unloaded your car, please move it as soon as possible so other vendors may unload as well.
The back patio market goes from 11am - 4pm. Our Creative Hub will be open from 10AM - 5PM
What to know about the Booth Spaces:
The booth size you reserved has some wiggle room. You are welcome to use extra space on the patio.

Vendors who reserved a picnic table space will have a picnic table included.

Vendors who reserved any other size booth will need to bring their own displays/tables/etc
If you are unable to make it for any reason, please let us know - even if it is the morning of! We want to make sure there are no gaps and will move vendors around if someone can't make it. Email creativehub.anacortes@gmail.com
WIFI /Electrical:
The property has free WIFI.
The back patio does not have access to any electrical outlets. Please plan accordingly.
Breakdown Details
Vendors are not permitted to break down their booth prior to 4PM as it provides a negative experience for shoppers. The only exception is if weather is extreme and vendors items are at risk to get damaged due to weather.

Event info
Booth lighting:
While we are outside and get great natural light, if your booth needs any extra lighting - please plan on bringing battery powered lights as there is no access to an electrical outlet.
Bathrooms:
There are bathrooms available for vendors and customers located right off of the patio inside the Hub building (accessed through the garage door on the patio.)
Parking
For unloading/loading, please park in any open space on 5th Street. Please do not block any driveways.
During Market hours (11AM - 4PM), please move your car to Q Avenue, or along Commercial so we can reserve the parking spaces on 5th Street for shoppers.
Payment types
All vendors must provide their own payment system for customers. We do not have an ATM on site.
We do have cell service available, as well as WIFI if you need to take card sales.
